Sebastian's first love

Footsteps echoed across the halls of the Phantomhive castle where once a young boy and his parents lived. But long ago, the boy's parents died in a horrible accident. Everyone thought he died with his parents, but luckily he stayed alive so he has inherited this wonderful dark castle, and a dark demon butler serves the young boy.
     But let's continue onto our story, since we obvious know what happened. The sun barely broke through the land and shined its beautiful light across the homes and grass, it also brightened up the castle. Sebastian walked down a hall, with a small smile on his face, and entered a certain room. It was fairly large, with a king sized bed, and on that bed was a small boy.

Sebastian walked over to him, "Wake up young master," he spoke to the young boy as he drew back the curtains letting the sun brighten up the room.

The young master yawned, his name was Ciel and he was about twelve years old. "Why so early Sebastian?" he asked.

Sebastian perked up an eyebrow and turned towards Ciel, "Did you forget already?"

Ciel blinked a few times and wiped the sleep away as he tried to gather his thoughts, "Oh right, we have to visit the neighboring country," he yawned once more before stepping out of bed.

Sebastian nodded as he waited for Ciel to wash up he made the bed and looked outside the window and noticed a black cat walking along the window's edge. He smiled at it, about to take it inside the castle, but Ciel came back from his bath. The butler grabbed one of Ciel's outfits and smoothed it down and put it on the bed neatly, then went over to his young master.

"You're hair is still dripping," he sighed and grabbed the towel and ruffled his hair, then dressed him. "I'll make you breakfast now," Sebastian walked down the stairs to prep breakfast, but a distinct scent arrived his nose and he frowned. When he opened the doors to the kitchen he noticed Bardroy cooking something that might be inedible by now, all the dishes were cracked on the floor and a guilty Mey-Rin sat next to them trying to pick up the pieces, and Finnian ran around trying to find something to do.

Sebastian sighed heavily, he then notice Tanaka, in his chibi form, sitting at the corner drinking his tea. "You three."

All of them stopped at once, and their eyes widened, "Oh no we got caught!" they all said at the same time. Trying to find excuses, Bardroy said in a fluster sort of way, "Sebastian! Hi! Yes we were just trying to cook the master some breakfast!"

Sebastian gave them an eerie look and replied, "Why won't you do something useful and get out of the kitchen."

All three of them ran out as Mey-Rin blushed since she rubbed her hand on Sebastian's by accident, so then she tripped along the way. "Come on Mey-Rin! We don't want to get into anymore trouble!" Finnian told her as he ran out the door, Mey-Rin right behind.

With another sigh Sebastian cleaned up the mess the three clumsy maids left behind and began cooking breakfast. After about twenty minutes worth of cooking the young master's dinner, Sebastian set everything on the table, where Ciel waited a bit impatiently.

"That took a bit longer than usual," Ciel complained.

Sebastian smiled, despite Ciel's impatient comment, "Sorry, if someone didn't try cooking your breakfast I would have been already done," he rose an eyebrow at Baldroy. As for Baldroy he just gave a nervous laugh and smiled halfheartedly, "sorry 'bout that."

When Ciel was done with his breakfast Sebastian handed his young master's cane to him and walked towards the carriage where beautiful black horses waited for them. When Ciel settled himself on the soft cushion in his fine carriage, it began to move, Sebastian as the coachman.

The scenery passed slowly as Ciel watched many people walk around and children playing along the streets. It was about noon time when they finally arrived to the country. A large castle grew each step they took.




"Princess, Master Phantomhive and his butler is seen outside the window," A young girl bowed towards a young beautiful woman. She had elegant brown hair that spilled over her shoulder's and blistering brown eyes. "Thank you," the princess nodded.

The maid curtsied and walked away. "Guards when they arrive at the door, invite them in!" The young girl called out. The guards nodded, "Yes princess Julia."

When Ciel and Sebastian walked into the throne room, Ciel had a stoic expression, but as for Sebastian he had a small smile on his face. The princess's eyes widened a bit, she had no attention towards the small boy, but at the handsome butler Ciel brought with him.

"Hello Madam Julia," Sebastian smiled and gave a bow.
Julia's face turned a shade of red and smiled back, "Welcome to my kingdom, but we should get down to business, it will be quick and short."

She stood up from her throne chair and walked elegantly passed the two men, "if you please follow me."

They followed her into another room filled with chairs, it looked like a council room. On the ceiling painted angels filled the ceiling, "please, sit down."

Ciel and Sebastian sat down next to the princess. Julia mainly stared into the eyes of the butler and she received butterflies in her stomach, which she tried to ignore. "My kingdom has been attacked by an unknown killer, our guards tried figuring out who it is, but they end up getting killed themselves. We find trails of blood, but not a body have been discovered," Julia explained shortly.

Sebastian gave it some thought then looked at Ciel, as if they were having a conversation by mind power.

Ciel was hoping his butler was thinking the same thing, maybe it is Grell yet again? They both looked back at the princess.

"We will find your killer, and take his life away," Ciel assured her, and for the first time Julia gave a look at Ciel and her eyes widened a bit. "My, aren't you short!"

Ciel eyes widened, but then turned narrowed, "We will leave tonight to capture him."

Julia cleared her throat, "Right, you may stay in my castle and make yourselves at home, oh and I wish to go with you, to find this killer." The princess smirked as she randomly took a scythe from her back and revealed it, how she got it from her back, the world may never know, but yet again this is an anime and I am the writer.

"It will be strange for a young princess like yourself to come fight off a killer with us," Sebastian smiled sweetly at her.

"Oh it will be alright," Julia grinned.



When night fell, and the full moon vibrantly glowed in the sky with its stars surrounding it,  Sebastian, Ciel and Julia waited patiently for the killer, but nothing has happened for about a half an hour. Julia's scythe reflected the elegant moon and her dress glowed as well, even though it was a black Victorian dress it made her look more beautiful under the full moon.

Sebastian noticed some movement at the corner of his eye, thinking it was the killer, but it ended up a beautiful black cat poked it's head out of the corner and meowed. Julia smiled, wanting to pick the cat up, but Sebastian got to it before her and petted the fur of the cat.

"She's so soft," Sebastian whispered.

"Sebastian, you'll get your coat dirty," Ciel warned his butler, but Sebastian did not care, he loved black cats. Before Julia can coo over the cute cat something attacked her from behind. With natural reactions, Julia swung her scythe behind her, but the enemy was too fast.

The butler grabbed Julia and pulled her behind him, "Be careful my princess." She noticed that Sebastian had put the cat down, but she didn't know where it ran off to. Ciel took off his eye patch, "Sebastian, show no mercy."

Sebastian's red eyes glowed with fire and smirked, "As you wish my lord." As fast as Julia can see Sebastian fought off the mysterious killer, but they were too fast and incredibly strong.

Ciel's eyes widened when he noticed Julia being kidnapped in a blink of an eye, "Sebastian!" Julia called out, but her voice became muffled when the man covered her mouth.

The young master gritted his teeth, "I knew we shouldn't have brought her, Sebastian we have to save her!"

Sebastian was already on it, even before Ciel gave out his order. With a determination to get Julia back on his face, Sebastian chased after the man, but he was nowhere to be found. He just hoped it was not too late.

"YOU'RE TO LATE DEMON!" The man laughed evilly, he was on a roof of a tall building, holding a girl with bright white wings, the back of her Victorian dress torn. "Julia's an angel," Ciel watched up in amazement.

The enemy held something in his hand, which gleamed under the moon's light, a knife. "I will kill this angel and use her blood to make special potions! I here angel's blood is made out of a shimmering gold, which anyone will buy for a high price!"

Julia struggled in the man's grip, but he was just too strong. Sebastian just smirked, and quickly arrived on the roof and knocked the knife out of the man's hand and threw him down off the roof, but unfortunately the man grabbed hold of the princess's wing and dragged her down with him. He wouldn't let go, so Julia could fly, she watched with fear in her eyes as the floor came nearly crashing down on her. She closed her eyes, but she landed in warm hands and the harsh grip on her wing that the man was holding onto was released.

She opened her eyes as she looked up into the eyes of the butler's beautiful ruby red eyes, "Sebastian, you saved me."

"I didn't know you were an angel," he smirked as he put her down. Ciel looked over the guy, which was covered in blood from crashing into the ground.

Julia blushed and smoothed out her dress, happy her dress was not stained with blood, she couldn't stand the sight of blood.

"I noticed you're a demon as well," Julia gave a sad smile, her chances of getting Sebastian was now slim, since he's a demon and she well she's now discovered as an angel.

Sebastian just continued smiling, "we can figure things out later," his smile turn into a smirk and embraced Julia, "after everyone gets mad at us," and despite Ciel's presence Sebastian put his soft lips into Julia's. With a little jump and a bit of a warm face, Julia closed her eyes and hoped that this kiss can stay forever.
